Due to interstate shipping laws, shipments to Washington D.C. are limited to one bottle per month. Direct shipment of wine to New Jersey, Connecticut, and most other states is prohibited. Red Wines

Wind Song Red

A light and fruity dry wine. This wine is refreshing and easy to drink. It combines inviting aromas. It is an off-dry aperitif, and it is a good companion to cheeses, pasta and sandwiches.

2004 Merlot

Intense flavored and full bodied. The wine was aged in French Oak for 12 months. It is lightly smoky and you will find flavors of dry plums and vanilla. It is pairs well with chicken, turkey and pasta.

2005 Syrah

This full-bodied wine is a fine example of intensity of flavor for which Long Island's North Fork is well known. this wine is barrel aged in French Oak for 18 months. A soft silky wine with hints of pepper, the palate gives generous berry flavors with fine toasty oak finish.

2003 Cabernet Franc

This opaque substantial wine burst on the palate with peppery spicy flavors and hints of toasty cedar. This is a well-balanced wine with an intense aroma and a powerful velvet finish. Note the deep ruby red color and a smooth, rich tannins.

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

A substantail wine burst on the plate with flavors of ripe berries and toasty/spiced oak. This is a well balanced wine with intense aroma and a powerful, velvet finish. Note the deep red ruby color and soft, rich tannins.

Our Meritage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon(55%), Merlot(25%), Cabernet Franc (10%) Petit Verdot and Syrah grapes. This Layered, concentrated wine shows dense black fruit and cassis flavors and a complex aromatic spectrum od spice, leather, black pepper, herbs and toasty oak set in a structure of finesse, focused silky tannins. The taste is luscious and finish is smooth.

Unwooded Chardonnay. It's a light crisp and generous fruit-driven wine, abounding in ripe pineapple, fresh lemon and mineral flavors. The palate displays pineapple and mineral characters with soft creamy finish. This chardonnay is ideal for salads and appetizers.

The balance between the subtle acidity and smokey textures imparted by the french oak gives this wine a light creamy taste.
