The primary fermentation was made in an open tank pushing down the grapes three times per day to extract more flavors from the skin, and then aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels (used). This Pinot Noir is smooth, rich and fleshy with a complex array of cherry, plum and blackberry. Pairs well with light pasta and cheeses.
